    I used to use CardioTrainer in the past, before it became Noom. While I liked CardioTrainer, I just didn’t feel so inclined to keep using it for some reason. I don’t know why.

    With FitBit installed and going, I am starting to feel horridly paranoid about what I’m eating. This may be a good thing, since I have gained back all of the weight I’ve lost.

    I know I need to drop a lot of weight, but I need to make sure I am not setting a ridiculous goal for myself while I am at it.

    I know that if I try, I can lose a pound a week — I’ve done it before, and I can certainly do it again.

    I just need to make myself give a damn, and I have someone in my life that I have a reason to live for. I just don’t want to live at a weight that keeps hurting my body and requiring me to seek medical attention.

    I need to make the effort this way, and try to stick to it.

    Normally, this is something I’d post on my other blog, Fat As A Bus, but I think I need to publicly shame myself into giving enough of a damn, so that getting this done will happen.
