I originally intended to grill this, but it was 99º outside, and I didn't have any good wood to use. Instead, I sautéed the chicken with a blend of italian tomatoes (tomato, other herbs that I can't recall), mushroom, and green onions. The chicken is coated with freshly ground black pepper.
Surrounding the Angel Hair pasta is the aforementioned tomato mixture. :)
